From the age of ten, Dr. Simone has been passionate about public speaking. She delivered her first speech to the Minister of Education in Guyana, South America during a mass games event as the National Park. Dr. Simone recalls the energy from within and the expressed warmth of gratitude from the Minister. Since then, Dr. Simone has sought ways to connect with fellow professionals through topics on leadership, emotional intelligence, value creation, women empowerment, and characteristics for success.

Dr. Simone has served as opening Keynote, moderator, panelist, and Radio Show guest for Educational topics. She had hosted lunch and learns and Book Clubs. In fourth quarter of 2020, Dr. Simone will host several VoiceUp Roundtables, which will bring small groups together (in-person and/or virtually) to explore leadership principles.
