Dr.  James Rankin is a resident of Kosciusko Mississippi. He currently works in quality assurance as a Laboratory Technician for Prairie Farms Dairy. He received his B.S., M.B.A and DM in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Rankin’s dissertation was Investigating the relationship between aspects of support and performance among dairy employees and is currently available in ProQuest.

He also completed training with the National Society of Leadership Success. He has 17 previous years’ experience in healthcare and seven years’ experience in quality assurance. He has an identical twin brother and several other siblings. Dr. Rankin’s career path in 2020 is to move into public education where he will be working with students with a disability. Dr. Cheryl Talley Black serves the community as a Legislative Advisory Board Member in Warren Township of Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana for District #2 and an Indiana State Delegate.

As a child of God, mother, sister, grandmother, professional, and friend, Dr. Cheryl strives to operate in servitude is a native of Indianapolis, IN, and attended schools here. Dr. Talley Black has always had a passion for work involving vital human services. She earned her Doctorate of Management Degree on August 31, 2019, in the Organizational Leadership Program at the University of Phoenix. As a social activist, her mission in life is to use academia to research and help solve social dilemmas.

Professionally, Dr. Talley Black is a Community Outreach Representative Payee for the Social Security Administration at the Center Township Trustee of Marion County, making a positive difference in the lives of men, women, and children with mental and physical challenges.

Fraternally, a member of National Society of Leadership & Success NSLS, Celestial Star Chapter #61, Order of the Eastern Star Jurisdiction of Indiana. A Daughter of the Auxiliary to Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles of the Mystic Shrine of North and South America and its Jurisdiction Incorporated, and The Black Doctoral Network, Incorporated

Dr. Talley Black is the daughter of the Highest God and is on assignment at Greater St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, where she genuinely cares for His people. Dr. Cheryl enjoys using her gift of hospitality by entertaining at home with friends and family.
