We are #FISVProud of Simone Arnold for being named to The Top 50 Women Leaders of Miami for 2022 by Women We Admire, a publication dedicated to recognizing the achievements of exceptional women.
Simone, VP of Network Strategy and Payments Relations, joined Fiserv in 1995 and has been heavily involved at Fiserv and in her local community ever since.
Simone embraces her passion to serve while living a life in motion. She is a consulting leader for her local chapter of our Women’s Impact Network (WIN) and proudly serves as a mentor and sponsor to members of SOAR, our Black Associate Council, where her goal is to empower and inspire others to press forward and be vessels for change.
She is a member of the National Women of Color Empowerment Institute, where she has served as a moderator and panelist; Wnet; and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Simone is also an experienced motivational speaker and Founder of MotivEight, LLC.
As a Champion for children with unique abilities, Arnold has fought for change by sharing her son, Ayden’s story to the Florida Senate (SB48), which aided in simplifying scholarship programs and increasing the flexibility to meet individual needs.
“I’m humbled by the recognition by Women We Admire,” Simone commented. “I have always been passionate about living a life rich in meaning and purpose so that each day I can help lift up others.”
