Simone Arnold is a vice president of global Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations based in Coral Springs, Florida. In this role, Simone has oversight for the ACH Process Compliance, business relationship establishment with NACHA, initiative development, audit, risk assessment, implementation, monitoring, and program performance measurement.
Prior to this role, Simone Arnold served as a vice president of Payments Acceptance Compliance Operations at Fiserv, where she led the Payment Network Compliance relationships for American Express, Discover, and the Japanese Credit Bureau (JCB). Simone brings 24+ years of Payments Compliance industry knowledge, experience with authentic and practical strategies for success, notable industry knowledge in areas such as EMV- Chip Technology, Tokenization, American Express OptBlue, Discover suite of products across Processing Networks, Contactless, and ApplePay.
Simone completed her doctoral journey at the University of Phoenix in May 2019 and earned a Doctor of Management degree with a focus in Organizational Leadership. Simone received her M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University (Go Sharks!) and a B.A. in Communication from Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!) Simone continues to embrace her passion to serve while living a life in motion. She is the co-lead for the Women Impact Network and serves as a mentor and sponsor to the Black Leadership Group where her goal is to empower and inspire others to press forward and be vessels for change. Simone is a member of the National Women of Color Empowerment Conference, where she has served as a moderator and panelist. Simone is a member of WNet and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Together with her spouse, David, they reside in Florida and raise their three children: Ayanna-Mone’, Naiya Olivia and Ayden Antonio.
Paul Kelly has 25 years of work experience with 12 years of management experience,
including middle and senior level positions concentrated in the Manufacturing, Recycling &
Sustainability of PET and HDPE Resin, Water, and Flexible Packaging Films, Ink & Solvent
Operations.

1. Utilizing Recycling Processes for Kraft, Hidden Valley Ranch, SC Johnson, Procter &
Gamble et al high speed bottles
2. Maintaining Process & Quality Control utilizing Recycled Grade Resin
3. Management of in-plant water use reduction and efficiency by the utilization of closed
loop sanitation and cooling systems
4. Flexible Ink and Solvent Reduction Initiatives/ On-site solvent recycling.

2007-Present Maintenance Manager now Plant Manufacturing Manager. VOC / Carbon
footprint initiatives. Retiring of inefficient high waste equipment and the Installation of more
efficient ones. Reducing our carbon footprint whilst increasing profits.
