I am delighted to share a message with you today. I think this theme is fitting whenever we prepare for
the holidays: a season of time with loved ones, time of gifting, and a time for much needed relaxation.
Then before we know it, the new year appears; we kick up our heels running with newly set resolutions
that we will fight to keep till March.
Preparedness in our personal life, as in our professional lives call for a few fixings.
I’ve found that preparedness is tool to use 24 X 7 X 365, allowing us to be prepared in any setting. It
prompts us to plan.
I’m always planning. Over the course of the past 24 years and 11 months, planning is key to my success.
Daily, I use written and digital versions to stay on track. As a mom of three, I’ve found that I am
sometimes keeping everyone’s schedules of activities, desires, and wishes. Planning, however, when
done resourcefully may lead to flawless execution.
Project personal power, not afraid to make decisions based on your role, the best for the team and the
firm. Knowing when to percolate ideas with stakeholders and not making decisions in silo are critical
success factor. Ensuring front-line employees feel empowered to lead from where they are – is vital.
Put people first. I am people leader, champion and mentor. My goal is to help you find the best you and
bring it to work daily. We need that to thrive. I believe this approach connects people to the larger
mission. It helps people recognize they have the power to do the right thing always.
I believe in a value system illustrating helpfulness. We must collaborate with each other, removing
personal and group friction. We have to aspire to win together. Pool ideas, staying socially connected,
improving our trust, and inviting the perspectives from all and then treating them as valid.
Lastly, when we are prepared, we are ready to excel on our initiatives, not just complete our goals but
surpass them. Not just be normal. In fact, we should escape the culture of average. All hearts hands, and
shared knowledge will keep us prepared for the fintech future. I invite you all on the journey of making
moon shots as effortlessly as we move the worlds money.
And I believe we are prepared to do so!
Richly to your success,
Dr. Simone.
